I am no longer attending the University, can I cancel?
If you have withdrawn from your course, please send evidence of this to the Accommodation Services Team and they will advise you on the next steps; accommodationnottingham@upp-ltd.com.
If I leave my accommodation before the end of the licence do I still have to pay?
If you leave before the end of your licence you will remain liable for the full years rentunless a suitable replacement is found for your room. We can add you to our seekingreplacement list, once you have completed a Vacating Residence form here, however itis your responsibility to seek your own replacement. We advise that you advertise yourroom on Gumtree, Unipol, Facebook, StuRent and Accommodation for students. If youwish to discuss this process in more detail, please contact our accommodation team on0115 681 0020 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Where can I view the terms and conditions of my licence agreement?
Your terms and conditions are visible on the Broadgate Park Student Portal when yougo to view your offer, you are directed to view these before you accept, and are alsoaccessible on your booking dashboard following your acceptance.You can also view the Standard terms and conditions here.
Are the licence dates fixed?
We have fixed licence dates for our 44 week and 51 week licences in line with theUniversity. 44 weeks is generally for Undergraduate students and 51 weeks forPostgraduate students. Please note, you can book either licence type that is moresuitable for you dependant on your requirements.
I want to stay after my Undergraduate licence ends in July, what can I do?
Depending on availability and room type we may be able to extend the end date of youraccommodation licence. Please contact the Accommodation Services Team to enquire at broadgatesummer@upp-ltd.com.
How do I book and pay for summer accommodation?

What room types are available for short-term lets?

Do you have any rooms available to view?
We have an Ensuite Studio show flat available to view Monday to Friday between9.30am and 4.30pm. To book a viewing please contact Broadgate Park atbroadgateenquiries@upp-ltd.com or call 0115 9518670 (option 1).

You can also view the accommodation available at Broadgate Park via a universityguided tour or simply drop in. Book your place on an open day here.
