What time can I check in?

Arrival slots will be available to book from 8am to 6pm on the main arrival days. We will writeto you around mid-August with further instructions. If you are arriving outside of our mainarrival days, our reception is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so there is always a member ofstaff to welcome you and issue your room keys.

Where do I go on arrival?

All our arrivals must check in at the main Broadgate Park reception – Turnpike Lane, Beeston,Nottingham, NG9 2RX. If you are checking into Albion House or Cloister House during ourarrivals weekend, then please check your ‘where to go on arrival’ email or your online inductionwhich is found in your Broadgate Park portal account.

The Home at Halls blog is part of our Home at Halls content, designed to make sure you get the most out of living across our Broadgate Park residences.

It goes hand in hand with the Home at Halls app, which can be downloaded from your phone’s app store and accessed using the details you use on the Broadgate Park portal.
