Returning students at Broadgate Park

Broadgate Park has a high volume of residents that stay with us for more than one year so we have quite a big community of returning students (Circa.500 students each academic session). As a returning student we can offer you advance booking offers and can arrange group bookings so that you can live with your friends in a flat of your choice.

Returning students can apply directly to Broadgate Park via the student portal or alternatively to discuss your options please contact the Accommodation Services Team at broadgatepark@upp-ltd.com .

Standard Rooms

Standard rooms are in flats sharing a kitchen and bathroom between five to seven students.

They come in various configurations: Standard Room, Large Standard Room and Semester Room.

Ensuite rooms all have their own bathroom and share a kitchen between five to seven students.

A studio is a self-contained space which means that you have your own private kitchenette and Ensuite bathroom.

There are a large number of different Ensuite Studio types, including some Twin Ensuite Studios and even 2-bedroom flats.

There are 3 main communal areas across the Broadgate Park site

  • The Courtyard – social space located at the bottom of Redwoods
  • Level 1 – The Library – Communal and individual Study Space with access to a printer located above Reception
  • Level 1 – The Lounge – Gaming and social space locate

All spaces are available to all Broadgate Park residents.

All of our arrivals must check in at the main Broadgate Park reception – Turnpike Lane, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2RX.

You can check in anytime from 8am onwards on your date of arrival. Our reception is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so there is always a member of staff to welcome you and issue your room keys.

The application process can take around 1-2 weeks. When we receive your application we will verify your student status with the University of Nottingham, once this has been done we are able to send you your room offer.

Applications open in around November of each year and stay open until we do not have any availability.

A returning student is a student who has completed at least 1 year of study at the University of Nottingham.
