Returning students are so important to our community here at Broadgate Park. As a returning student we can offer you advance booking offers and can arrange group bookings so that you can live with your friends in a flat of your choice.
Returning students can apply directly to Broadgate Park via the student portal or alternatively to discuss your options please contact the Accommodation Services Team at broadgatepark@upp-ltd.com.

One Contract
One contract. No payments until September. And a fixed term with no need to move out during the holidays.
All Utilities Included
Rent payment is inclusive of all your utility bills including a basic contents insurance and 100mbps wifi.
24-hour Reception
Key card access to the flats, CCTV, site patrols and a 24-hour reception.
Cleaning Service
Communal areas of the flat are cleaned once a week. We also offer a bedroom cleaning service at an additional charge if you’d like that too.
Live with your Mates
As a Returning Student, you can request where you would like to live. This could be a specific room or who you would like to live with.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your returner discount will be applied to your NottinghamHub account following the
end of the registration period (this is usually in November after your September
arrival). You can therefore reduce your 1st rent instalment by the confirmed discount
amount when paying on the NottinghamHub. Please view our Returner Terms and
Conditions for more information.
Returner applications are open in November/December ahead of each academic year.
Look out for communications from us at this time with information on how to book.
All returner applications can be made via the Broadgate Park portal.
The application process can take around 1-2 weeks. Once you have been verified we
will issue you with your room offer. If you have not passed the verification process,
your application will be rejected, and we will be in touch with you to advise how you
should proceed with your booking.
A returning student is a student who has completed at least 1 year of study at the
University of Nottingham. Please note you do not need to have been a previous resident
at Broadgate Park to be a returning student.
