You can now book to stay at Broadgate Park, Albion House, or Cloister House quickly and easily.

Your returner discount will be applied to your NottinghamHub account following the end of the registration period (this is usually in November after your September arrival). You can therefore reduce your 1st rent instalment by the confirmed discount amount when paying on the NottinghamHub. Please view our Returner Terms and Conditions for more information.
The application process can take around 1-2 weeks. Once you have been verified we will issue you with your room offer. If you have not passed the verification process, your application will be rejected, and we will be in touch with you to advise how you should proceed with your booking.

A returning student is a student who has completed at least 1 year of study at the University of Nottingham. Please note you do not need to have been a previous resident at Broadgate Park to be a returning student.
