Standard Rooms

Standard rooms are in flats sharing a kitchen and bathroom between five to seven students.

They come in various configurations: Standard Room, Large Standard Room and Semester Room.

Ensuite Studio

A studio is a self-contained space which means that you have your own private kitchenette and Ensuite bathroom.

There are a large number of different Ensuite Studio types, including some Twin Ensuite Studios and even 2-bedroom flats.

Standard Albion or Cloister Room

Standard rooms in both Albion and Cloister House are available for Returners.

These are flats with shared bathrooms between six and seven other students.

When do I get my returner discount?2023-09-08T18:14:18+00:00

Your returner discount will be applied to your NottinghamHub account following the
end of the registration period (this is usually in November after your September
arrival). You can therefore reduce your 1st rent instalment by the confirmed discount
amount when paying on the NottinghamHub. Please view our Returner Terms and
Conditions
for more information.

Returner applications are open in November/December ahead of each academic year.
Look out for communications from us at this time with information on how to book.

All returner applications can be made via the Broadgate Park portal.

How long does it take for the application process?2023-09-08T18:10:36+00:00

The application process can take around 1-2 weeks. Once you have been verified we
will issue you with your room offer. If you have not passed the verification process,
your application will be rejected, and we will be in touch with you to advise how you
should proceed with your booking.

What is a returning student?2023-09-08T18:09:07+00:00

A returning student is a student who has completed at least 1 year of study at the
University of Nottingham. Please note you do not need to have been a previous resident
at Broadgate Park to be a returning student.
