Welcome to Broadgate Park Summer Village

Located adjacent to the University of Nottingham’s main campus, Broadgate Park is one of the city’s largest collection of bed-spaces.

Rooms at Broadgate Park are available in the Summer Village for short-term lettings to anyone looking for Nottingham accommodation from around late-July to early-September.

All rooms in the Summer Village are en-suite – meaning they have a private toilet, sink and shower as well as access to a communal kitchen.

Broadgate Park is conveniently located minutes from the main University of Nottingham campus.

The centre of Nottingham can easily be reached with a 25 minute bus-ride from outside our main entrance.

Summer Village Rooms

Summer Village rooms are all en-suite, meaning they have their own bathroom. They also share a kitchen between five to seven guests. Each room contains a desk, chair, single bed and plenty of storage. Please note that no bedding is provided for stays of any length. Guests will be required to provide their own bedding or purchase a bedding pack from £40.
