General terms and conditions:
All bookings of 44-weeks or longer made by returning undergraduate and postgraduate University of Nottingham students for Academic year 2026/27 for UPP accommodation from 17 November 2025 are eligible to claim the following incentives, subject to the following conditions:
- Student is verified as current UoN students studying in their first, second or third year (classed as ‘returners’) and returning to study for academic year 2026/27.
- New students are not eligible for this offer.
- The verified student must arrive and collect keys for the room booked in the eligible hall, as per the contract start date and register with the University.
- The verified student must have made payment for the first rental instalment in full as defined in the payment schedule.
- Outside of the listed incentives, no alternative payment will be offered, and the offers are non-transferable.
- If an eligible room is subject to a room swap post-arrival, the incentive offer can only be claimed by the original offer holder (subject to their arrival and payment criteria being satisfied) if they remain in a UPP property.
- Bookings cancelled in-line with the cancellation policy or approved as a release from contract pre-arrival will not be eligible to claim any incentives and the initial offers will become void.
- All offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any point.
Cash discount off first term rent
- This offer is only valid for current University of Nottingham students (registered with UoN in 2025/26, as confirmed by the University of Nottingham) and returning to study for the 2026/27 academic year. Not valid for new students for 2026/27.
- £300 rent discount offer for students that successfully book a Standard room on a 44- or 51-week contract at Broadgate Park, Albion House, or Cloister House, for the 2026-2027 academic year subject to room availability.
- £500 rent discount offer for students that successfully book an Ensuite Studio Room on a 44 or 51-week contract at Broadgate Park, for the 2026-2027 academic year subject to room availability.
- The rent discount will be deducted from term 1 rent once your registration has been confirmed by the University of Nottingham, all required documents have been completed by all parties and you have successfully checked-in for the 2026/27 licence term.
- UPP may alter the terms of this offer at any time. No cash alternative will be offered, and rewards are non-transferable.
Free laundry for the year
- Early bird offer available for a limited time only and can be withdrawn at any point.
- The laundry offer is in addition to the cash discount off the first term rent offers.
- Eligible students will receive the equivalent of one free wash and one free dry per week for the duration of their 2026/27 licence agreement.
- Laundry credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Unused weekly allocations at the end of the tenancy cannot be transferred into cash value.
- The free laundry offer applies only to machines provided within UPP-operated accommodation laundry rooms.
- Laundry credits will be issued to students following arrival in October 2026
Group booking
Eligibility
- The Group Booking Incentive is open to all returning students who book UPP accommodation at for a minimum term of 44 starting in September 2026 for the academic year 2026/27.
- The group booking incentive is in addition to the cash discount of the first term rent offers.
- To qualify, a group must consist of a minimum of three students booking together using ‘Friendship Groups’ in the Broadgate Park online booking system, and under the same licence period at the same flat/block.
- Eligible groups will receive a £100 Amazon voucher for each member of the group and will be issued in October 2026 once all the general terms and conditions have been met.
How to participate
- All Group Members must start an application and join a ‘Friendship Group’, referenced on the booking form
- All Group Members must sign their licence agreement and fulfil the necessary payment arrangements to be eligible for the reward.
Additional terms
- This offer is valid in conjunction with all other UPP accommodation offers and incentives.
- UPP Accommodation reserves the right to decline participation if fraudulent activity or abuse of the offer is suspected.
- By participating in this incentive, all group members agree to these terms and conditions.
