Key card access, CCTV, site patrols and a 24-hour reception.
Communal area cleaning
Communal areas of the flat cleaned once a week with an optional bedroom cleaning service at an additional charge.

If you want to live with friends next year, you can do so at Broadgate Park without the hassle of other accommodation options!
Get your squad together, select your preferred room type, and each submit your applications. When you apply, please add your group name (whatever you want this to be!) and the name of your friends on the booking form and we will take care of the rest.
Don't have a group? No worries - book an individual room and we will place you with other returners so you will be living with likeminded individuals!
