Is there any parking available?
Parking permits are available for £300 per year. Click Here to download an applicationform and submit to reception to process your request. Fixed penalty notices of £75 will be applied to non-permit holders or failing to display apermit. Visitor parking is also available, all visitors should report to reception to be issued witha visitor pass and directed to our visitor parking at Lower Court.
Do you have bike storage?
We have several bike stores across all 3 sites at Broadgate Park, Albion House and BroadgatePark. Please liaise with our reception team to arrange access.
Where are the nearest supermarkets?
Albion House and Broadgate Park are both located in the lively Nottingham suburb of Beestonwhich has many large supermarkets. Cloister House is in Dunkirk with access to a largeSainsbury’s, a Tesco Express and Spar.
Do you have any common rooms?
There are 3 main communal areas across the Broadgate Park site The Courtyard – social space located at the bottom of Redwoods Level 1 – The Library – Communal and individual Study Space with access to aprinter located above Reception Level 1 – The Lounge – Gaming and social space All spaces are available to all Broadgate Park residents.
Do you have a Reception?
Yes, our reception on the main Broadgate park site is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,365 days a year.
Do you have any rooms available to view?
We have an Ensuite Studio show flat available to view Monday to Friday between9.30am and 4.30pm. To book a viewing please contact Broadgate Park atbroadgateenquiries@upp-ltd.com or call 0115 9518670 (option 1).
How long does it take to get to the University Park / Jubilee Campus?
We are located right next to the west entrance of University Park. The Portland buildingis in the centre of University Park and it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk fromBroadgate Park, 25 minutes from Albion House and 20 minutes from Cloister House.
How many students live at Broadgate Park?
We have over 2200 students at Broadgate Park. Of this number we have a mixture ofUndergraduate and Postgraduate students as well as 1st Year and Returner students.
How big is Broadgate Park?
Housing over 2200 students means that Broadgate Park is a large site. Broadgate Park is splitinto 3 areas – Turnpike Lane (Close to West Entrance of the University), Upper Court and LowerCourt. We also have 2 satellite sites Albion House (located 15 minutes’ walk from west entranceof the University) and Cloister House (located close to QMC).

Open days are a great way to learn more about your course, meet academics and chat tostudents. They can help you decide whether life as a Nottingham students is right foryou.
