Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, £250. This will need to be paid via bank transfer at least 7 days before your tenancy begins. Bank details will be provided by email upon contract signature.

Deposit returns
Your deposit refund payment will be returned to your nominated account within 28 days from the end of your licence period. If your details are submitted later than this date, there will be a delay in your deposit return.
When can I check in?
Arrival slots will be available to book from 8am to 6pm on the main arrival days. We will write to you around mid-August with further instructions. If you are arriving outside of our main arrival days, our reception is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so there is always a member of staff to welcome you and issue your room keys.
What do I need to bring?
Bedding and Towels o Bed linen (fitted bed sheet, duvet, pillows and covers) o Hand towel o Bath towel Cooking Equipment o Crockery (plate, bowl, mug and a glass) o Cutlery and cooking utensils (wooden spoon etc) o Saucepan/Frying pan o Baking tray o Tea towels Other Essentials o Clothes hangers o Warm coat, hat, gloves and a scarf o Umbrella o Toilet paper
What are the occupancy dates? Are they fixed?
We can make your start date work for you. The 44 week contract dates are 20th September 2024 – 25th July 2025 and 51 week contact dates are 20th September 2024 - 12th September 2025. Will I be allocated with other Loughborough University students?
Yes, you will be allocated to a specific area with other Loughborough students where possible.
