Key card access to the flats, CCTV, site patrols and a 24-hour reception.
Cleaning Service
Communal areas of the flat are cleaned once a week. We also offer a bedroom cleaning service at an additional charge if you’d like that too.
Live with your Mates
As a Returning Student, you can request where you would like to live. This could be a specific room or who you would like to live with.

Yes, there is support available for you during your period of self-isolation. Please see our covid FAQs for more details; Covid-19 Isolation FAQs (uppbroadgatepark.com). You should notify us on the Home at Halls app as well as the University of Nottingham using this link.
The application process can take around 1-2 weeks. When we receive your application we will verify your student status with the University of Nottingham, once this has been done we are able to send you your room offer.
Applications open in around November of each year and stay open until we do not have any availability.
A returning student is a student who has completed at least 1 year of study at the University of Nottingham.
