Returning students are so important to our community here at Broadgate Park. As a returning student we can offer you advance booking offers and can arrange group bookings so that you can live with your friends in a flat of your choice. Whilst the first phase of our returners campaign for 2023/24 has now closed, we now have a new discount available for all returning students who apply from Wednesday 8th February 2023.
You can now get up to £300 off your rent with our limited time offer, we’re offering £300 off all standard bedroom room types and £150 off all Ensuite Studio room types. Returning students can apply directly to Broadgate Park via the student portal or alternatively to discuss your options please contact the Accommodation Services Team at broadgatepark@upp-ltd.com.* Discounts are subject to availability. The Home at Halls blog is part of our Home at Halls content, designed to make sure you get the most out of living across our Broadgate Park residences.
It goes hand in hand with the Home at Halls app, which can be downloaded from your phone’s app store and accessed using the details you use on the Broadgate Park portal.
The app is a simple tool which can be used to log any maintenance issues you have, sign up to any events happening around site and give us vital feedback.
