Life at Broadgate Park
The majority of Broadgate Park residents are first year undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition to providing accommodation that is both comfortable and convenient to campus, Broadgate Park has an active social scene with regular events and activities organised by the JCR and warden to provide lots of opportunities to meet your neighbours. Being away from home for the first time can be daunting which is why we endeavour to create a home away from home environment on site.
Broadgate Park has a wide range of accommodation available to suit all tastes and budgets. All rooms and studios are finished to a high standard and rents include utility bills, contents insurance and internet access so students can focus on university life without the worry of additional costs.
