When you have received your Accommodation Offer please download and read the Licence Agreement Terms and Conditions in conjuction with your Licence Agreement. In addition please download and complete the Personal Profile Card.
When you have signed your Licence Agreement please return this along with your completed Personal Profile Card to Broadgate Park by email, fax or post by the specified date.
