SHORT TERM AND SEMESTER TWO BOOKINGS ARE NOW AVAILABLE UNTIL 11TH SEPTEMBER 2010. IF YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR A SHORT TERM BOOKING (MINIMUM STAY ONE WEEK) PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SPECIFY THE DATES YOU REQUIRE IN THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS BOX BELOW. SHORT TERM LETS ARE AVAILABLE FROM £94.99 PER WEEK.

If you are applying for twin accommodation both occupants will need to submit applications marking clearly in the special requirements section the name of the other person they wish to be allocated with.

Once you have completed the application you will need to pay a deposit of £250.00 which will become your damage deposit and will be refunded to you at the end of the contracted period.

IF YOU WISH TO BE ALLOCATED WITHIN A SINGLE SEX FLAT PLEASE INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS BOX. IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THIS REQUIREMENT YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ALLOCATED INTO A MIXED SEX FLAT.

* Please note our en suite and studio accommodation are now fully booked for 44 week contracts (51 weeks still available). However, if you apply for another room grade at Broadgate Park we can also put you on a waiting list should any en suite/studio vacancies arise. Please specify in the special requirements box on the application form if you wish to be added to an en suite or studio waiting list.*

If any resident is not a full-time student, they will be liable for Council Tax. All full-time students will need to provide the Lettings Officer with a letter of confirmation of student status from your University or College within one week of taking up residence.

* As part of the Broadgate Park refurbishment project you may be asked to move to a newly refurbished room during your stay.

Preference regarding room allocation (please note that no guarantees can be made):

Fees
1 Deposit - to secure a room, a £250 deposit is payable, which is refundable at the end of the licence period less any deductions.

2 Accommodation fees - fees payable termly in advance (A 3% discount applies if the full year is paid in advance, based on a minimum of a 44 week Licence). The weekly rents, room types and licence lengths are detailed previously.

3 Personal contents insurance, utility bills, and internet access included in fees.

4 If after submitting the application form you decide not to proceed, an administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from your deposit. The balance of £200 will be returned to you within 28 days of UPP receiving your written withdrawal.
