Broadgate Park offers a wide variety of accommodation to choose from. Every bedroom has internet access, VoIP and IPTV.

Rents listed below are for the Academic Year 2010/11.

Albion House  £84.77 per week  (44 week contract)
Based in the heart of Beeston which is a 20 minute stroll away from University Park Campus. Albion House is home to a community of 168 students. It's made up of blocks of flats for seven students. There are communal site facilities for you to use including bike storage, security, laundry facilities, parking and you also have access to the site facilities at Broadgate Park (which is only a 10 minute walk away). Albion house has single bedroom flats with shared kitchen and bathroom facilties.

Cloister House  £88.76 per week  (51 week contract)
Cloister House provides accommodation for 63 postgraduates and is situated in Dunkirk which is in close proximity to the Queens Medical Centre and is only a 10 minute walk from University Park Campus. Cloister House is made up of blocks of shared flats all for postgraduate students. There are communal site faciltiies for you to use including bike storage, security, laundry facilities and parking, you also have access to more facilties at Broadgate Park.

Single Room  £88.76 per week  (44 and 51 week contract)
A single room comprises of a single bed, desk, pin board and wardrobe. All single rooms have been refurbished in the last few years and are for sole occupancy sharing a kitchen and shower room facilities

Large Single Room  £96.25 per week  (44 or 51 week contract)
These are the same as single rooms but have a larger floor space.

En Suite Room  £107.38 per week  (44 and 51 week contract)
En Suite rooms are in clusters of 5,6,7 and share a kitchen diner. Each En Suite comprises of a WC, shower and wash basin. The room itself provides a single bed with under bed storage, work station, pin board, wardrobe, desk chair and three drawer unit.

Large En Suite Room  £119.42 per week  (44 and 51 week contract)
These are the same as the En Suite room but have a larger floor space with a ¾ size bed.

Studio  £113.05 per week  (44 and 51 week contracts)
A Studio is everything you need in one self contained room. Each studio contains its own private kitchenette which includes a microwave combination oven, sink, extractor fan, two electric hob plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The Studio also has it's own en suite comprising of a WC, shower and wash basin.

Large Studio  £128.10 per week  (44 and 51 week contracts)
Has a larger floor space and a ¾ sized bed.

Twin Studio  £160.09 per week  (44 and 51 week contracts)
The twin studio has a larger floor space along with two single beds, two workstations, two wardrobes and drawer units.

Large Twin Studio £174.16 per week  (44 week contract only)
Has an even larger floor space.
