IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL WE WILL SEND YOUR OFFER VIA EMAIL SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE BELOW FORM.
Once your application has been successful and you have received an offer email, you will need to pay a deposit of £250.00 which will become your damage deposit and will be refunded to you at the end of the contracted period.

|
| 1 Deposit - to secure a room, a £250 deposit is payable, which is refundable at the end of the licence period less any deductions. |
| 2 Accommodation fees - fees payable termly in advance (A 3% discount applies if the full year is paid in advance, based on a minimum of a 44 week Licence). The weekly rents, room types and licence lengths are detailed previously. |
| 3 Personal contents insurance, utility bills, and internet access included in fees. |
| 4 If after submitting the application form you decide not to proceed, an administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from your deposit. The balance of £200 will be returned to you within 28 days of UPP receiving your written withdrawal. |
